Instructions for use
Remove one pad from the package and remove the protective film from both sides. Place it inside your panties, with the adhesive strip sticking to the inside of your panties. It should be positioned so that it covers the area between your legs. Do not wear the pads for longer than 8 hours. Carefully dispose of the pads after use. Avoid flushing them down the toilet to prevent blockages.
