Terms and Conditions

3. Buyer Eligibility

Buyers confirm they are of full legal capacity or have parental/guardian consent if aged 14-18.
Legal entities must be represented by authorized persons.
Kneft reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if Terms or laws are violated.

The website may contain links to third-party sites, which Kneft does not endorse or take responsibility for.

5. Placing an Order

Buyers place orders by filling the form and confirming it on the website.
After order confirmation, the Buyer is obligated to pay.
Kneft confirms order receipt and execution by email or phone.

6. Delivery

Delivery is arranged after payment of the order and any delivery fees.
Kneft informs the Buyer within 2 working days after payment that the order is ready for delivery.

7. Delivery Methods and Timeframes

Courier delivery within Latvia, typically 1-2 working days after notification.
Delivery via parcel lockers or collection points within 1-3 working days after notification.

8. Buyer’s Responsibility for Delivery

The Buyer must be reachable by phone/email to coordinate delivery details.
Delivery is considered complete upon handover of goods with identification verification and signing of acceptance documents.

9. Order Fulfillment

For multiple-item orders or partial deliveries, fulfillment is confirmed upon delivery of the last item.

10. Right to Withdraw from Order Execution

Kneft may cancel the order if:

The Buyer does not receive the product within the agreed timeframe due to their fault.
Delivery coordination fails.
The Buyer misses the agreed delivery time or place.
The Buyer cannot be identified.

11. Packaging and Inspection

Products are delivered in original manufacturer packaging.
Inspection for defects occurs if the product is collected at Kneft’s office.

12. Product Usage and Documentation

Buyers must follow manufacturer instructions for product use.
Kneft provides technical and quality documentation with the product.

13. Warranty and Claims

Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Visuals on the website are indicative and may vary.
Warranty periods do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Claims are processed after product diagnostics at the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
Claims are handled under applicable consumer protection laws or contractual terms for non-consumers.

14. Exclusions from Warranty

Kneft is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, transport, or storage, nor for normal wear and tear.

15. Service and Repairs

Warranty and post-warranty servicing is done at authorized centers as specified in the product documentation.

16. Complaints and Disputes

Responses are provided within 30 days.
Disputes are to be resolved through negotiations or the online dispute resolution platform.

17. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of product delivery, except for non-distance purchases.
Hygiene products lose withdrawal rights once packaging is opened.
Buyers must bear the return shipping costs when withdrawing.
Multiple uses of withdrawal rights may result in order refusal by Kneft.

18. Discount Codes

Discount codes are one-time use and will not be reissued if the product is returned.

19. Data Processing and Privacy

Buyer data is processed for order execution, delivery, payment, and legitimate business interests.
Creditworthiness may be checked with the Buyer’s consent.
Data may be shared with third parties for debt collection.
