In case of non-conformity, damage, or defects, the Seller must be notified immediately and the goods must be returned to the Seller's shipping point no later than two working days after receipt. (For legal entities).
Sometimes the workload is high and all employees are fully occupied with customer service in person or by phone, making it physically impossible to answer all calls during these times - we recommend emailing in this case!
