1. All goods purchased on www.karlat.de come with a manufacturer's warranty.
Information about the manufacturer's warranty is provided in writing in the item description.
If the manufacturer specifies a warranty period of less than two years for the product, the consumer has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the non-conformity of the goods with the contractual agreements within two years from the date of purchase.
The right to complain only applies if the product was used under the specified conditions and only in the household.
Legal entities that are not consumers are only entitled to the manufacturer's warranty period.
2. We inform you that the manufacturer's warranty is only valid if the buyer can prove:

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice);

The manufacturer's warranty or distribution card (if the manufacturer or dealer has issued such a card);

Information on certified manufacturer service centers is included in the manufacturer's warranty or distributor card or can be obtained by contacting the manufacturer's representative directly or by calling the dealer's telephone number provided on the product packaging.
We inform you that the warranty conditions do not apply to accessories (e.g. accessories for the product), consumables (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries) and accessories with a limited lifetime (e.g. fuses).
3. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to damages caused by the buyer or user. These include:

Damage to the product caused by the warranty sticker or serial number;

The product was not used for its intended purpose or operated in accordance with the product description;

Scratches, broken construction, cracked screen, water in the wrong area, improper care of the product, foreign objects inside the product, unauthorized entry into the product for insects or other traces indicating that the product has been used improperly;

Damage caused by incorrect mains voltage, insufficient power supply or improper use of power supplies and accessories that do not comply with the manufacturer's specifications;

Damage caused by improper repairs;

Wear and tear of parts;

Use of non-certified spare parts or accessories not approved by the manufacturer for use with the product and the damage caused thereby;

Damage to accessories such as batteries, connecting cables or chargers;

Damage caused by improper transport of the product;

Damage to product design elements;

If the buyer cannot provide a valid proof of purchase or delivery note, the warranty will be void.
4. If the product is damaged, the buyer has the following options:

Go to the manufacturer's or dealer's service center with proof of purchase and warranty certificate.

Visit our office in Frankfurt (Oder), Müllroser Chaussee 76 D, 15236, Germany during working hours (except Fridays) from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with proof of purchase - invoice, receipt and warranty certificate).
5. If the warranty does not apply and the buyer refuses to pay for the repair, the buyer must cover the diagnostic fees and will receive a damage report from the service center. If the buyer covers the repair costs, the diagnostic fees will be waived.
