Raab Organic Fiber Trio is finely ground and, with its high fiber content, is ideal for enriching muesli, smoothies, or shakes. The soluble and insoluble fibers complement each other perfectly.
Ingredients
50% apple fiber*², 35% partially defatted linseed flour*, 15% oat flour* (*certified organic)
Instructions for use
Stir 1 heaped tablespoon (15 g) into muesli, juice, smoothies, or shakes daily and consume. If necessary, gradually increase the intake to 15 g at first to get used to the increased fiber intake.
