Raab Vitalfood Organic Grape Seed Flour is made from the press cake of deoiled grape seeds. The press cake is produced by gently cold-pressing the seeds of sun-ripened grapes. Grapes and their products contain oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) (3.7 g per 100 g of grape seed flour). Grape seed flour is also rich in fiber.
Use:
Raab Vitalfood Organic Grape Seed Flour is ideal for adding to smoothies, yogurts, quark, muesli, soups, desserts, or as an ingredient in bread, rolls, pizza, and cakes. When baking, replace approximately 10% of conventional flour with grape seed flour and experience the slightly nutty flavor.
