OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 contains 9 strains of bacteria that occur naturally in the human gut. It also contains vitamins B2, B6, and B12, which contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Directions: Stir 1 sachet into 125 ml of water 1-2 times daily. Wait at least 1 minute for the capsules to activate. Stir again and then drink.

Instructions for use
Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 (= 3 g) into approximately 1/8 l of water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again, and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 twice daily, we recommend using it before breakfast and before dinner. We recommend using OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 for an extended period of time. This is tried and tested and makes sense. Since OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 contains only bacteria naturally occurring in the human intestine, it can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructooligosaccharides. This means that no fructose reaches the intestine.
