The ten specially selected bacterial strains in OMNi-BiOTiC® REISE, with a high number of five billion highly active intestinal bacteria per sachet, ensure you can enjoy your journey. A special feature of OMNi-BiOTiC® REISE is the matrix in which the bacteria are embedded: Enzymes and fiber massively boost the activity of the bacteria and ensure their survival in the stomach and duodenum environment – without the need for chemical additives such as capsules or coatings.

Instructions for use
It's best to start taking one sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC TRAVEL (= 5 g) every morning before breakfast a few days before your trip. Stir the powder into water, milk, tea, or yogurt, wait at least one minute for it to activate, stir again, and then drink. Continue this process throughout your trip. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructooligosaccharides. This prevents fructose from reaching your intestines.
