Instructions for use
Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC metabolic (= 3 g) into 1/8 liter of water once daily, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again, and then drink. We recommend taking it in the morning before breakfast or in the evening shortly before bedtime. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC metabolic to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructooligosaccharides. Thus, no fructose enters the intestines.
