Ohropax recommends gradually increasing the length of time you wear your earplugs. In rare cases, you may initially hear your own pulse when wearing the earplugs. Insert the earplug into your ear canal and hold it there while releasing the compression to allow it to expand. 5. Ensure it fits properly to reduce outside noise.
