Instructions for use
1. Remove a tampon from the package. 2. Hold the applicator at the very bottom and gently push it into the vagina until the applicator is fully inserted. 3. Squeeze to release. 4. Pull out from vagina. 5. To remove, gently pull the string away from vagina.
