Instructions for use
1. Choose the right size and absorbency for your period. 2. Wash your hands before inserting the tampon. 3. Remove the protective backing from the tampon. 4. Sit comfortably or place one leg on a chair. 5. Gently insert the tampon into the vagina until it is completely absorbed. 6. Pull the removal string through to ensure the tampon is correctly in place. 7. Change the tampon every 4-8 hours or when it is saturated. 8. Wash your hands after removing the tampon.
Warnings
CAUTION: Tampon use can, in rare cases, lead to toxic shock syndrome (TSS). TSS is a rare but serious condition that can be life-threatening. Use tampons only during your period. Change your tampon regularly every 4-8 hours. Always use the lowest absorbency appropriate for your menstrual flow. Wash your hands before and after inserting a tampon. If you experience fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, fainting, or a sunburn-like rash while using a tampon, remove the tampon immediately and seek medical help.
