The morning and evening tablets contain a special combination of collagen types I and III and popular beauty nutrients from skin research for natural beauty and radiance from within. The daytime tablets, with their high dose of vitamin C, contribute to the body's normal collagen production for normal skin function, while the nighttime tablets supply the body with collagen.
Collagen Active Duo Day & Night is sufficient for 2 months with the recommended intake and supplies the skin with the two types of collagen: Type I+III
Recommended intake: Take 1 tablet twice daily with sufficient liquid, swallowed whole. Take the yellow "Day" tablet in the morning and the red "Night" tablet in the evening.
