- in the microwave, 300-600 W, max. 1 minute
- in the oven, 120° C, approx. 4 minutes
- on the radiator – until the hot water bottle is warm enough
How is the hot water bottle cooled?
Place in the freezer for approximately 30-60 minutes. Ideally, store in a clean, dry plastic bag.
The hot water bottle should not be washed. Washing will cause the cherry stones to lose their moisture content, and heating them can cause burns.
If the cotton gets dirty, it can be wiped with a damp cloth.
