Ingredients: The active ingredient is loratadine. 1 tablet contains 10 mg loratadine. The other ingredients are: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.) [vegetable], corn starch, highly dispersed silicon dioxide. Notes: Possible general side effects: Headache, hypersensitivity reactions (including angioedema and anaphylaxis), dizziness, convulsions, tachycardia, palpitations, nausea, dry mouth, gastritis, liver dysfunction, rash, alopecia, fatigue, weight gain. Possible side effects in children between 2 and 12 years of age: Nervousness. Possible side effects in adults and adolescents: Somnolence, increased appetite, insomnia. Contains: Lactose. You can use Lorano® acute to treat hay fever. Lorano® acute relieves symptoms such as excessive sneezing, a runny nose or watery eyes, and nasal itching. In cases of hives, it soothes itchy skin, allowing the antihistamine to relieve skin redness or hives. How do I take Lorano® acute? We recommend the following dosage and application to relieve acute allergy symptoms: Children aged 2 to 12 years with a body weight of up to 30 kg take ½ tablet per day. Children aged 2 to 12 years with a body weight of over 30 kg take one tablet per day. Adults and children over 12 years take one tablet once daily. If you or your child suffers from severe liver impairment, we recommend adjusting the dosage of the medicine. This reduces the total dose to 5 mg loratadine every two days. Children with a body weight of up to 30 kg take ½ tablet every other day.
