Instructions for use
DIRECTIONS: For best results, rinse every morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (approx. 4 teaspoons) into a glass, rinse for approximately 30 seconds, and then spit out. For children between 6 and 12 years, use 10 ml. Child-resistant cap. TO OPEN: SQUEEZE the cap and TURN. TO CLOSE: Turn the cap until it clicks.
