The compress should be frozen for four hours before use. The compress remains pliable and flexible even after freezing, adapting to the shape of the body. Warming relaxation: The postpartum compress can be warmed and placed on the abdomen during afterpains and breastfeeding. It provides relief from cramping as the uterus shrinks after childbirth. The postpartum compress can be heated in the microwave or in a pot of hot water. To heat the postpartum compress, please follow the instructions in the instructions for use.
