Instructions for use
To use the Lansinoh insoles, remove the protective sticker from the backing and place the insole inside your underwear, ensuring it is positioned correctly for maximum protection. Lift the insole wings out of your underwear. For proper hygiene, dispose of waste in the trash and wash your hands after handling the insole.
