Cools or warms as needed. Ideal for bruises, sprains (e.g., from football, handball, etc.), rheumatism, etc.
As a cold compress, place in the freezer/cupboard at a maximum of -18° C for 2 hours.
As a heat compress, heat for approx. 6 minutes in max. 80°C hot water or in the microwave at 280 watts for max. 4 minutes.
Wrap in a (damp) cloth before use to avoid (cold) burns.
Danger:
Use only for thermotherapy purposes.
Do not use damaged compresses.
