  • PREBIOTICS Inulin is a water-soluble fiber with prebiotic effects. Prebiotics are absorbed through food, but our metabolism lacks the digestive enzymes required for this, so the prebiotic components reach our intestines undigested as fiber. Inulin serves as a food source for the bifidobacteria.
  • FROM THE AGAVE Our organic inulin is obtained from the blue agave plant from the asparagus family, as the agave juice contains far more inulin than other plants.
  • VERSATILE Inulin can be quickly stirred into smoothies or fruit juices, salad dressings become a little more individual and in baking creations you can replace up to 10% of the flour with inulin.
  • RECOMMENDED INTAKE We recommend a maximum intake of 5g per day. Since inulin can stimulate intestinal activity, the recommended intake should not be exceeded.
