- Portable home emergency call: The HelpLine Mini is small, lightweight, and portable. It can be worn in a trouser pocket or conveniently attached to a belt using the belt clip. The batteries in the device last approximately 2 to 3 weeks (as the radio receiver consumes some power when in standby mode). For longer use, we recommend rechargeable batteries.
- The included wireless transmitters have a range of approximately 30 meters indoors. In poor wireless conditions (e.g., thick reinforced concrete) or when longer ranges need to be bridged, the set can be supplemented with one or more wall outlet repeaters. When properly positioned, one repeater doubles the range of all paired transmitters.

Details: HelpLine Mini: Small, portable home emergency call system with 2 wristband transmitters and belt clip. Particularly practical when two people need to be cared for. The lightweight, splash-proof wristband transmitters (waterproof rating: IP65) are worn like a watch, are always at hand, and can even be left on while washing or showering. The HelpLine Mini radio receiver is small and lightweight. It can be comfortably worn on your belt using the belt clip, or simply carried in your pocket (so you can be reached in the garden, for example). The transmitter has a range of up to 30 meters indoors and approximately 100 meters outdoors. The HelpLine Mini requires 2 AA batteries for power. These last for approximately 2-3 weeks, as the device consumes some power when in standby mode. For frequent or continuous use, we recommend using rechargeable batteries. The receiver is supplied in flashing/tone/vibration mode, but you can switch it to flashing/tone or flashing/vibration. Acknowledgement function: Each call for help must be acknowledged/cancelled on the radio receiver. A total of up to 28 HelpLine transmitters can be paired/programmed. The batteries in the wristband transmitters last approximately two years and can be easily replaced. A low battery is indicated by the transmitter.
Important note: Since the HelpLine Mini is designed as a mobile device, a HelpLine acknowledgement transmitter (Q-Sender) cannot be registered.
