Minor injuries occur from time to time in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But even these inconspicuous injuries can lead to infections if left untreated. Since a clean wound is the first step toward optimal wound healing, a wound spray should be available in every household. Hansaplast Wound Spray enables antiseptic wound cleansing through mechanical irrigation for acute injuries (e.g., cuts and grazes, first- and second-degree burns, or open blisters). It is quick and painless to use*.
Thanks to the 360° spray head, it can be applied in any position. Since it's alcohol-free and non-drying, it's ideal for children and sensitive skin.
Following a physician's instructions, the wound cleansing spray can also be used to treat chronic and post-operative wounds. Crusted or stuck-together dressings can also be moistened with the spray and then easily removed.
Thanks to its composition, the spray is colorless, so it does not leave stains on skin or clothing.

Ingredients
0.1% decylglucoside surfactant and 0.04% polihexanide (PHMB) as preservative in Ringer's solution.
Instructions for use
Spray onto the entire wound from a distance of approximately 10 cm to remove dirt and visible particles. Repeat if necessary. Pat the wound and surrounding skin dry. Apply a suitable plaster/sterile wound dressing to protect the wound from external influences such as dirt and bacteria.
