Hansaplast Second Skin Protection Plasters offer reliable protection for larger everyday wounds. The ultra-thin, flexible plaster forms a waterproof barrier and creates the perfect environment for healing—ideal for showering. The breathable wound dressing also supports the natural healing process through moist wound healing, and its extra strong hold provides secure protection against dirt and bacteria for at least 72 hours. This keeps the wound protected while you remain active without worry.

Application
Stop the bleeding, clean the wound and carefully dry the skin.
To ensure the plaster adheres well, no creams or ointments should be applied.
1. Carefully peel off the white paper film and stick the plaster directly onto the wound without stretching it – the entire plaster acts like a wound dressing.
2. Press the patch firmly and make sure that the edges stick well to the skin.
3. Remove the marked application film using the red marker to ensure maximum flexibility of the patch.
Within 24 hours, a white blister (healing capsule) may appear over the wound, signaling the healing process. The patch should remain on the wound for several days. Do not remove it until it begins to peel off. If you experience difficulty removing the patch, do not pull upwards; instead, slowly stretch it along the skin. This product is intended for single use only; please use a new patch for each application to ensure the described effect.
