GreatVita Organic Psyllium Husks
Our psyllium husks are the seed husks of the plant Plantago ovata, which is native to India.
Organic psyllium husks are capable of binding up to 50 times their weight in water, can be used as a binding agent for gluten-free baked goods such as muffins, bread and pizza, and are suitable for thickening dishes or as an ingredient in muesli and yogurt.
Our organic psyllium husks are extra white and germ-reduced.
Organic psyllium husks contain a lot of plant fiber.
Recommended intake: Take a maximum of 2-3 teaspoons of psyllium husks throughout the day with sufficient liquid (at least 1-2 liters per day).
