This bottom-fermenting yeast strain, originally developed by the Hürlimann Brewery in Switzerland, is used in the production of flavorless pilsner and lager beers with a high degree of drinkability. Recommended pitching temperature: 9-22°C, ideally 12-15°C. Dosage: 80-120g/h1 (at temperatures below 12°C, increase the dosage to 200-300g/h1). Sedimentation: high.
