With the Elevit 3-Phase Nutrition Program, you are comprehensively supplied from the moment you try to conceive, through pregnancy, to breastfeeding – Elevit supports you with the right product for each phase. Elevit 3 was specially developed for breastfeeding and is optimally tailored to this demanding and important phase: the omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) supports the further development of the infant's brain and eyes(1); vitamins B2, B6, B12, and iron contribute to the reduction of fatigue in the mother; vitamin C and zinc support the immune system; calcium and vitamin D support the maintenance of normal bones; biotin, zinc, and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair; other ingredients: folic acid, iodine, omega-3 fatty acid EPA, lutein, pantothenic acid, niacin, provitamin A, and vitamins B1, B2, and E.
