A daily dose of 4 high-dose capsules contains 48 billion live lactic acid bacteria from 8 selected bacterial strains specifically tailored to the different parts of the intestine. These cultures are also found in probiotic foods such as yogurt or kefir.
*Vitamins B2 and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes (e.g., the intestinal mucosa). *Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Dr. Wolz uses special high-quality capsule shells that release the ingredients over a time period. This ensures that the lactic acid bacteria are not destroyed by stomach and bile acids, but reach the intestine alive. Instructions for use
Daily dose: 4 capsules, with a meal or spread throughout the day with liquid. For continuous use, the daily dose can be reduced to 2 capsules. Children between 4 and 10 years of age should take half the dose. If Darmflora plus select* is taken during antibiotic therapy, the time interval between taking the capsules and the antibiotic should be as long as possible.
