Instructions for use
Take 1/2 - 1 tablet daily with a meal and plenty of liquid, without chewing. If you have an increased magnesium requirement due to strenuous physical activity at work or during sports, combined with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet. If you only have an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Not suitable for children and adolescents. Amounts above 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
