Doppelherz Women's Minerals contain a combination of minerals, trace elements, and selected vitamins. An adequate supply of these nutrients is important for women at every stage of life to remain healthy and productive. Therefore, adequate intake should be particularly taken into account in cases of an unbalanced diet during the developmental years, for women of childbearing age, those trying to conceive, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during menopause, in advanced years, and in cases of an unbalanced diet. The 2008 "National Consumption Study" found that in Germany, adequate intake of calcium, iron, folic acid, and vitamin D is not always available. Thanks to the depot function, the nutrients are gradually released over several hours, making them continuously available to the body. Zinc supports the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin. Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation. Instructions for use
Take one tablet daily with a meal and plenty of liquid. Do not chew. The tablets can also be split in half if necessary.
