The DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise series includes two models: the DJI Mavic 3E and the DJI Mavic 3T. The DJI Mavic 3E is equipped with a 20 MP wide-angle camera with a 4/3 CMOS and a zoom camera to provide powerful camera capabilities commonly used for surveying, inspection, and security tasks. The DJI Mavic 3T is equipped with a 48 MP wide-angle camera with a 1/2" CMOS, a zoom camera, and a thermal imaging camera to provide thermal images useful for nighttime rescue operations, firefighting, and inspections in the energy sector.
2.How do I use the benefits of the DJI Mavic 3E Worry-Free Basic Combo?
You can request service under "Support" on the official DJI website. For the DJI Mavic 3E, the first replacement costs €169 and the second replacement costs €179. With DJI Care Express, DJI will send you a replacement product once the replacement fee has been paid and the damaged device has been received.

4. DO NOT use the aircraft in extreme weather conditions, including strong winds exceeding 12 m/s, snow, rain, fog, hail, or lightning. DO NOT fly the aircraft at altitudes above 6,000 m above sea level. DO NOT fly the aircraft when the temperature is below -10°C or above 40°C. DO NOT take off from moving objects such as cars or boats. DO NOT fly near reflective surfaces such as water or snow. Otherwise, the vision system may be impaired. If the GNSS signal is weak, only fly the aircraft in environments with good lighting and visibility. Low ambient light may cause the vision system to malfunction.
