Handy training device with many possible applications
A handy, durable fitness band that delivers a tensile force of approximately 12 kg at 100% stretch and approximately 24 kg at 200% stretch. Muscles can be specifically targeted through a combination of exercises. Perfect for strength endurance exercises in the shoulder and back areas, it also targets the biceps and triceps, chest muscles, lower back, and legs.
In addition to strength training, a wide variety of movement and posture exercises can be performed to strengthen entire muscle groups.
