  • COLD APPLICATION: Place the cold gel pads in the freezer, freezer compartment, or refrigerator for 2 hours. The gel cooling pads remain flexible down to minus 21 degrees Celsius and conform perfectly to the area to be treated. Ideal for first aid measures!
  • WARM APPLICATION: Place the gel cold-warm compress in 80°C hot water for about 6 minutes or heat it in the microwave at 280 watts for up to 4 minutes. Then place the gel compress in the protective cover and treat the sore area! It has a pain-relieving effect!
  • AREAS OF APPLICATION: For our reusable cold compresses: ideal for toothaches, insect bites, sports injuries, strains, bruises, after surgery, for joint pain in the arm, leg, or shoulder area, and for fever and headaches.
