- HOPS VARIETY - Citra, or HBC 394, comes from the Hop Breeding Company's breeding program. The hops originate from a cross between Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and a male plant derived from the Tettnanger variety.
- AROMA – This special hop impresses with spicy aromas of citrus fruits, jasmine, lychee, gooseberry, and geranium. The hops are largely responsible for the bitterness of the beer.
- HOPS PELLETS - Hop pellets are raw hops that have been ground and pressed into sticks. Type 90 hop pellets are pressed from approximately 90% of the raw hops, ensuring high-quality ingredients, especially the bittering compounds.
- SAXON BEER TRADITION – The Zwönitz Brewery has been brewing beer since 1997. Special beer is produced in the heart of the Ore Mountains, following ancient artisanal traditions. Brewing beer is a family tradition there.
