The EM 50 Menstrual Relax menstrual pad uses transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and heat to provide rapid pain relief from menstrual pain and endometriosis pain. Clinically validated pain relief is achieved naturally and without the need for medication. The pad also features a switchable heat function that can be used both with the TENS function and independently. Because the pad is thin and has a soft, flexible structure, it adapts well to the body. It adheres to the skin and can therefore be worn discreetly and flexibly under clothing. 15 TENS intensity levels allow for individual adjustment to the severity of the pain. The pad can be used several times a day as needed. Thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery, the EM 50 is reusable and can be used for six applications per battery charge.

Instructions for use
1. Charge the device before using it for the first time. 2. Use the pad near the abdominal region according to the instructions. 3. Turn on the heat and/or TENS function as described in the user manual. 4. Select one of 15 TENS intensity levels to suit your pain relief needs. 5. Use for up to 20 minutes per application. 6. Clean and gel pads according to the user manual.
