Bepanthen® eye drops moisturize and soothe dry, reddened, itchy, and burning eyes. The physical properties of sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) ensure a uniform yet stable protective film on the surface of the eye. The effect of the natural, strongly binding hyaluronic acid is supported by a second ingredient: dexpanthenol, also known as provitamin B5. It also has moisturizing properties and provides additional care for irritated eyes. Thanks to this combination, symptoms such as dryness or burning are gently but effectively relieved. The eye drops contain no preservatives or phosphates and can be easily applied to the eyes thanks to the soft-touch multi-dose bottle. Especially practical for contact lens wearers: Whether hard or soft, you don't need to remove your contact lenses before use. Once opened, the bottle has a shelf life of twelve months. Bepanthen® eye drops are also available in practical single-dose containers – ideal for on the go.
Ingredients
Bepanthen eye drops contain:
Sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, dexpanthenol 2%, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid, water for injections.
Instructions for use
When applying the eye drops, tilt your head back slightly and gently pull the lower eyelid downward with one hand. With the other hand, place one drop into the conjunctival sac between the inner side of the lower eyelid and the eye.
