Dietary supplement with calcium plus vitamins C, D3, E and beta-carotene with sweetener Avitale Calcium Sun is a dietary supplement based on calcium, beta-carotene and vitamins C, D3 and E. Beta-carotene, also known as provitamin A, is partially converted into vitamin A in the human organism. It makes an important contribution to the maintenance of normal skin. Therefore, in combination with a good sunscreen, it is ideal for preparing the skin for sun exposure. UV rays promote the formation of free radicals in the skin. Avitale Calcium Sun contains vitamin E, which protects cells from external stress caused by free radicals, and vitamin D to support cell division, which is important for normal skin renewal. The mineral-vitamin combination is a valuable contribution to regular exposure to the sun. Oxidative stress Free radicals, promoted by UV radiation, are negative for the skin. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Instructions for use
Once daily, place the contents of one stick directly onto your tongue after a meal, allow it to dissolve slowly, and swallow. It is recommended to start taking the tablets one month before spending time in the sun. It is also recommended to take them during times of day with strong UV radiation, or when traveling in southern countries, in combination with a good sunscreen. Tip: Beta-carotene, as well as vitamins D3 and E, are fat-soluble and are better absorbed by the body with fatty meals.
Warnings
The daily recommended intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Please keep out of the reach of small children. Do not take at the same time as thyroid hormones and leave a time gap of at least 2 hours. This product is not suitable for heavy smokers.
