To insert, open the sticker and place the napkin inside your underwear, ensuring it fits snugly in the center. Change every 4-6 hours or if leaks occur. Peel back, gently lift one wing, then the other, and pull the napkin away. Dispose of according to local hygiene regulations. Do not wash in the bathroom. Store in a cool, dry place.
