Application:

First method (recommended): The yeast should be allowed to swell (rehydrate) in a 10% sugar solution or in a mixture of 1/2 water and 1/2 must. The recommended temperature for the mixture is 25-30°C. Rehydration should take 20-25 minutes with gentle mixing. The solution should then be added to the fermentation batch and thoroughly stirred.

Second method (quick method): The contents of one sachet are placed in the fermentation tank with must at a temperature of 25-30°C and mixed.
