This fine yeast is characterized by its resistance to temperature and osmotic pressure. Its efficient performance in the fermentation vessel saves considerable energy. This yeast strain ferments every type of batch very effectively. It is excellent for various grain, potato, and sugarcane batches, as well as batches made from pure sugar. This yeast strain is neutral in terms of aroma, thus the properties of the raw material are not altered in any way.

First method (recommended): Rehydrate the product in ten times the volume of water at 25-35°C in a wide container. The entire surface of the water should be covered with a thin layer of yeast. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Stir gently, avoiding lumps. Slowly double the volume by gradually adding the starter from the container. This will lower the temperature. Wait 10 minutes. Mix the hydrated yeast thoroughly in the starter. The temperature difference between the must to be inoculated and the rehydration medium should never exceed 5°C.
Second method (quick method): The contents of one sachet are placed in the fermentation container with the mixture at a temperature of 20-30°C and mixed.
