Instructions for use
For adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the recommended dose is: 1 hard capsule 3 times daily with plenty of liquid. There is no specific duration of use. With high-dose and long-term use, the formation of silicon-containing kidney stones is very rare.
