Taking the high-dose Abtei Biotin 10mg Forte tablets daily can prevent a biotin deficiency. It can also support the formation of keratin. The structural protein keratin is responsible for strong hair and strong nails. Biotin contributes to the regeneration of skin cells, thus supporting naturally beautiful skin.
Recommended intake:
Take one tablet daily with sufficient liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. One tablet corresponds to 10 mg of biotin. For prophylaxis, less than 0.2 mg of biotin daily is sufficient.
