Abtei Valerian Forte Extra Strength – for calming nervousness and sleep disturbances. The stresses of everyday life can lead to overstimulation and even overexertion. This can result in feelings of imbalance or listlessness, as well as nervous tension and poor sleep. These extra-strength calming tablets made from valerian root promote healthy balance and relaxation. Their natural effect calms the nerves and supports sleep – for a restful night.
Dosage instructions:
Adults and children over 12 years of age can take one coated tablet up to three times daily as needed for mild nervous tension. For sleep disturbances, it is recommended to take one tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime. If necessary, an additional tablet can be taken earlier in the evening.
Notes:
The herbal medicinal product is gluten-free, lactose-free and contains no gelatin.
Do not store above 30°C.
The medicine contains glucose and sucrose (sugar).

Instructions for use
The recommended dose is: For adults, children over 12 years of age, and seniors, for use in cases of mild nervous tension, take 1 coated tablet (= approx. 2 g valerian root) up to 3 times daily. For sleep disorders, take 1 coated tablet 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime.
