Instructions
A. Apply the tape to the skin:
Stretch only the middle sections (no more than 70%). The first and last centimeters of the tape should always be applied without stretching.
Do NOT stretch the ends of the tape. Gently rub the tape to activate the adhesive.
B. Remove the tape:
Gently remove the tape with warm soapy water (a shower or bath is ideal). Baby oil and vegetable oil are also good choices.
Application: The tape should remain in place for approximately one week, with the main effect expected within the first 4-7 days after application. You can shower, bathe, swim, or exercise with the tape in place. It's even possible to sweat while wearing the tape.
