Food application. It acts as an emulsifier and stabilizer.
Storage: Thanks to our packaging, it can be stored anywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.

Recommended intake: Take 3 teaspoons (approx. 10.5 g) once a day, at the beginning of a meal.
The granules can be eaten directly or sprinkled with water or on muesli or yogurt.
