How Oil-Based Rustproofing Works:

1. Penetrate & Lubricate: After application, NHOU Oil Undercoating lifts and removes dirt, moisture, other contaminants, and even some surface rust. It penetrates to the good metal, pushing out existing moisture and oxygen, thus eliminating oxidation and corrosion.
2. Stop Electrolysis: The undercoating stops electrolysis by preventing the completion of external circuits. Designed as a non-conductive material with a voltage drop of only 1/100th of a volt, it can be used on electrical connections to prevent the "greening" of wires.
3. Active Molecular Protective Film: Once it reaches the good metal, NHOU Oil Undercoating forms a molecular-level bond, creating an ultra-thin film that provides long-term protection. The inhibitors, meshed together in a chain link, are utilized by environmental contaminants before the metal can rust.
4. Creeps and Self-Healing: The product is designed to creep deep into cracks, crevices, spot welds, seams, and folds, providing protection in areas prone to moisture retention and unprotected surfaces. This creeping process ensures maximum protection, even if the initial application misses certain areas.
5. Improving Appearance on Existing Rust: NHOU's Back N Black variant not only protects but also enhances the appearance of any metal surface, making it suitable for vehicles with existing rust.
6. Chemical-Level Rust Protection: Unlike paint or conventional undercoating that encapsulate rust, NHOU's oil penetrates through rust to the base metal. It displaces moisture and removes oxygen, preventing oxidation. The corrosion inhibitors then combat rust on a chemical level.
