NHOU Oil Undercoating is an annual rust protection solution for all vehicle types. It consists of a unique blend of highly refined mineral oil and environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors. This formulation effectively protects all metal parts from rust and corrosion by eliminating moisture and oxygen while forming a barrier against salt, dirt, and other contaminants. This is how oil-based rust protection works:

Penetrate & Lubricate: After application, NHOU Oil Undercoating lifts away dirt, moisture, other contaminants, and even light rust. It penetrates to the intact metal, displacing moisture and oxygen, and thus preventing oxidation and corrosion.
Stop electrolysis: The coating prevents electrolysis by interrupting the electrical circuit. It is non-conductive and has a voltage drop of only 1/100 volt, making it suitable for electrical connections, for example, to prevent cables from "greening."
Active molecular protective film: Once the oil reaches the intact metal, it forms a molecular bond and an ultra-thin film that provides long-term protection. The inhibitors act like a chain-link system that is first attacked by environmental influences—before the metal can corrode.
Creep-resistant & self-healing: The product penetrates deep into cracks, crevices, welds, and folds, providing protection where moisture often accumulates. Even hard-to-reach areas can be subsequently reached.
Visual enhancement for existing rust: The NHOU Back N Black variant not only protects but also improves the appearance of rusty metal surfaces – ideal for vehicles with existing rust.
Rust protection at the chemical level: Unlike paints or conventional coatings, which merely trap rust, the oil penetrates to the base metal, displacing moisture and oxygen and thus preventing oxidation. The corrosion inhibitors it contains act directly against rust at the chemical level.

Application process:

Preparation: vehicle diagnosis, underbody cleaning and drying.
Identify problem areas: Create an individual protection plan.
Treatment of hidden cavities (lower area): side members, sills, welds, hollow suspension mounts and cross members.
Underbody and wheel arches: Treatment of the underbody, wheel arches, frame, etc.
Treatment of hidden cavities (upper area): doors, fenders, wheel arches, hood, trunk lid, engine compartment and electrical contact points.
Final phase: Checking the coating and final vehicle wash.
